The food was wonderful - everyone commented on the quality of it.

The service was excellent too - we couldn't have wished for a better day.

Firstly, I would like to thank you very much for returning my comb, which was accidentally taken away with the laundry when our room was cleaned; it was very much appreciated.

Secondly, I would also like to thank you for a wonderful stay. As you know, it was my Mother's birthday on the Monday so this break was a treat for her. She enjoyed every minute of her stay, as did we. She was happy with the room, and very much enjoyed all the meals in your restaurant. I would also like to mention the fact that we appreciated your guys in the restaurant giving us time in your bar area on the Monday afternoon as we had met up with family and were looking through old photos. I was aware that they were waiting to lock up, but they gave us a few minutes to get ourselves together and move outside to continue our chat.

We will definately stay with you again.

Just to say a big 'thankyou' from all the girls at 'Althams Travel' who won a meal at Sloanes Restaurant on Firm Favourites.

Dear Sir/Madam,

A group of us from work came for a small celebratory meal a couple of weeks ago. The meal was really nice.

I just wanted to thank your staff for being so helpful. My daughter is a vegetarian but also eats a virtually fat-free diet. I telephoned the night before, just to make sure she could have plain pasta or a basic salad. We had absolutely no problem. She had plain vegetables for her starter and plain pasta with parmesan for her main course.

You would not believe how difficult it can be in restaurants to order food to suit her diet. Thankyou so much for being so accommodating. We have passed the word around our collegues at the two Wakfield hospitals where we work how good your restaurant is.
